Log into your ZIRO 3D account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Electronics

Securely pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

Inspection and Refund

Our technical team will inspect the returned hardware within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
